# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • It takes literally five minutes and feels like you ordered something from a trendy beachside bar.
  • The creamy coconut layer swirling into bright tropical soda is genuinely mesmerizing to watch.
  • You probably already have most of these ingredients hiding in your pantry right now.
02 -
  • If you dump the soda in too aggressively, you will lose most of the carbonation and end up with a flat disappointment.
  • The cream mixture separates if it sits too long, so this is a drink you assemble right before drinking, not ahead of time.
03 -
  • Chill every single ingredient beforehand because this drink has zero cooking and temperature is your only tool for refreshment.
  • A slow pour down the side of the glass preserves maximum fizz and creates a prettier layered look.
