# How To Make It:

- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and lime juice. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, approximately 2 minutes.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet. Cook while breaking it up with a spatula until fully cooked and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the bell pepper, carrot, green onions, and red chili. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss to combine and cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove the mixture from heat. Spoon the filling into individual lettuce leaves. Garnish with cilantro, mint, chopped peanuts, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
- Arrange the wraps on a platter and serve immediately, allowing guests to add extra toppings if desired.
