→ Noodles & Toppings

20 - 12 oz fresh ramen noodles
21 - 4 soft-boiled eggs
22 - 1 cup bean sprouts
23 - 1 small bunch baby spinach
24 - 2 green onions, finely sliced
25 - 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
26 - 1 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine beef slices with soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
02 - Combine chicken or beef broth, miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, chili oil, ginger, and green onion whites in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, cover, and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
03 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Lower heat, add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes, then remove from heat.
04 - Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Quickly sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
05 - Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain well and divide among serving bowls.
06 - Arrange soft-boiled eggs (halved), bean sprouts, spinach, and seared beef over the noodles. Ladle hot broth into each bowl. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce generously over the top. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and sliced red chili if desired. Serve immediately.

# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • The creamy garlic sauce creates an incredibly velvety texture that coats every noodle perfectly
  • You get that authentic ramen shop experience without needing specialized equipment or obscure ingredients
  • The spicy beef brings restaurant quality sear and flavor that elevates the entire bowl
02 -
  • The broth can be made up to 2 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator, but the creamy garlic sauce is best made fresh
  • Overcooking the beef will make it tough, so sear it quickly over very high heat and remove it immediately
  • The cream sauce will thicken as it stands, so if it gets too thick, whisk in a tablespoon of hot water or broth
03 -
  • Toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2 minutes before garnishing to unlock their nutty flavor potential
  • Always slice your beef against the grain to ensure each bite remains tender rather than chewy
