# How To Make It:

01 - Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and place in a saucepan with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, approximately 15–20 minutes. Drain well and keep warm.
02 - Organize the boiled potatoes, sliced vegetables, cornichons, pickled onions, and charcuterie (if using) on large serving platters and bowls for easy access at the table.
03 - Set up the raclette grill and preheat according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring it reaches the proper melting temperature.
04 - Each guest places their choice of sliced vegetables or charcuterie into an individual raclette pan, tops with a slice of raclette cheese, and slides it under the heating element. Melt for 5–8 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
05 - Spoon the melted cheese and toppings over warm potatoes. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper, paprika, and fresh herbs.
06 - Guests repeat the melting process with different ingredient combinations throughout the meal, creating their own personalized plates.

# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • It transforms dinner into an interactive experience where everyone participates
  • The melted cheese creates instant comfort while the variety keeps things interesting
  • Perfect for gatherings because most prep happens beforehand
02 -
  • Don't overcrowd the individual pans or the cheese won't melt evenly
  • Keep the potatoes warm in a covered dish so they're ready when the cheese is
  • The pickles and pearl onions aren't optional side dishes, they're essential for cutting through the richness
03 -
  • Pre-slice all the vegetables before guests arrive so you can enjoy the party too
  • Experiment with melting cheese directly onto potatoes in the pan for extra cheesy goodness
