# How To Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and buttermilk until completely smooth and free of lumps.
02 - Add the hot honey, fresh lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to the bowl. Whisk vigorously until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • It takes about five minutes from fridge to table and tastes like you spent an hour on it.
  • The sweet heat from the hot honey against cool ranch flavors is the kind of contrast that makes people hover around the snack table.
02 -
  • This dip tastes significantly better after sitting in the fridge for at least an hour because the herbs release their oils and the flavors marry.
  • If you use dried herbs instead of fresh cut the quantities in half and it will still be delicious.
03 -
  • Always stir the dip before serving if it has been sitting because the buttermilk can settle and create a thin layer on top.
  • The fresher your herbs the brighter the flavor so buy them the day you plan to make this if possible.
