# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • The honey glaze makes salmon taste like something youd order at a restaurant, but its secretly so easy.
  • Theres something deeply satisfying about building your own colorful bowl with all the fresh, crunchy toppings.
02 -
  • The first time I skipped lining the tray, the glaze welded itself to the pan—parchment paper is non-negotiable now.
  • Letting the salmon rest a few minutes after baking makes it juicier and easier to lift onto your bowl without breaking.
03 -
  • If your salmon sticks, let it rest for a minute and itll release much more easily.
  • A little extra grated ginger in the glaze makes it sing—add it to taste.
