# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
02 - Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

05 - Divide cooked brown rice or quinoa among four serving bowls if using grains.
06 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
07 - Arrange steamed broccoli, sliced chicken, carrot, and grains in each bowl.
08 - Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • The creamy garlic sauce feels decadent but is made with protein-packed Greek yogurt so you can drizzle it generously
  • Everything comes together in under 45 minutes with mostly hands-off cooking time
  • These bowls are incredibly versatile so you can load them with whatever vegetables you have on hand
02 -
  • Let the chicken rest before slicing so all those delicious juices don't escape onto your cutting board
  • The sauce will thicken slightly if refrigerated so add a splash of water or lemon juice to thin it out
  • These bowls reheat beautifully but keep the sauce separate and add it just before serving
03 -
  • If your chicken breasts are thick, pound them to an even thickness before grilling so they cook through without drying out
  • Grate the garlic on a microplane for the sauce so it practically disappears into the creamy base
